I’m not supposed to tell the Internet, but my #1 favorite couple is having a baby! And they just bought their first house! (No. I’m not talking about me and Tripp…). To celebrate the onslaught of awesomes, I went hyper on art night(s) to DImYself this nursery art as a house- and fetus-warming gift.
To make, I bought four Ikea Malm mirrors. They’re super cheap and (hopefully) make rad gifts when decorated. They’re like a blank canvas but without the pressure to make something that approximates “real” art. Which I like.
Used mixed media for the paintings: watercolors, pen and colored pencil.
